At our conception, we are created perfectly healthy. If at any point something goes wrong with our health, it is almost always because we are doing something wrong. Poor diet, lack of exercise, not enough sleep, addictions, lack of meditation, an over-active and fearful egoic mind—these are the causes of disease.

Meanwhile, we have a so-called “healthcare system” that cares nothing about the reality of health and sickness. It is a system built upon the intense indoctrination of doctors and nurses who are then corrupted by the pharmaceutical industry. Their primary focus is not to cure; rather, to prescribe expensive pills as a response to every problem and to perform expensive surgeries as a last resort.

Every pharmaceutical drug is a poison that causes harm (side-effects). Victims of the health care system—those who trust the doctor—often take a cocktail of pills daily with no end in sight for problems that would be naturally cured with healthy habits. These pills mess with our bodies in ways that are known and unknown, causing countless variations of dysfunction and illness within the body. While it has become so normal that we can’t even see it, healthcare professionals who manufacture, prescribe, and sell these pills are literally in the business of doing harm and killing.

I do see it, which is why I have not been to a doctor in decades. My health is self-taught, and I take full authority over my health-related decisions. I exercise daily to get oxygen into every cell. I do intermittent fasting each day so my body can fix any problems without the burden of constantly digesting food. I eat whole, natural food from every category (no processed food or sweeteners). I meditate each day and feel my body healing itself. Most importantly, through a spiritual practice I escaped the ego to end fear and negative emotion.

Upon my own authority as a free human being, I declare myself free from the sick and corrupted healthcare system which, in my view, has very little credibility. Instead, I will fearlessly trust nature and simply pay attention to how I feel as I do my best to make good decisions. Being perfectly healthy is natural. Don’t let a corrupted institution mess it up.

Nothing good comes from doing something when you don’t feel good. You may feel the need to get something done, but what is the quality of your doing?

If you are rushed, everything you do will be sloppy. If you are stressed, you will only generate more stress for yourself and others. If you are depressed, nothing you do will inspire anyone. There is no point to working on anything while in a negative state. You will create problems rather than solving them.

If you feel lousy, you must have gone off course. Step back. Take a nap. Do a meditation. Do nothing at all. Go for a walk. Do something that makes you feel good. When you feel good again, when you feel inspired, then calmly place your attention on whatever you feel inspired to do.

When a person who feels good does something, it generates more enjoyment. Conversations are uplifting, creative projects are beautiful, ventures are successful.

When people are grumpy, it is because they are tired, hungry or stressed. We all get down from time to time. When you do, don’t try to solve anything. Don’t try to figure anything out. Try not to think about anything serious and just rest. You’ll be back to your best self in no time.

Your power is love and it is what you are. This power can be forgotten, but it cannot be lost. Love is the only force that the world cannot resist, cannot contain, and cannot successfully war against. When your thinking and doing is loving, you channel unstoppable power and strength.

The ego would convince you to sacrifice perfect love to gain the world. But like everything the ego sets out to do, this cannot be done. There is nothing of any real value that can be gained from the world. All truth, beauty and value is consciousness infusing the world of form. To love is to bring about the feeling, the energy, the doing of consciousness.

You cannot sell your soul, but you can forget it–choosing instead a state of suffering, failure, anxiety and fear. This is the feeling of a forgotten soul begging to be remembered.

Remember what you are each day and know that it is infinitely more powerful than anything of this world. Unconditional love is so powerful that no one can stop you from practicing it. All authority lies in your truth.

Complete identification with the mind (the belief that I am my thoughts) is the cause of failure, suffering and insanity.

Still today, most people make exhaustive efforts to blame other people and situations as the cause of suffering. The thinking goes, "If only this person would change, or if only I could find a way to accomplish this, then I could finally be happy.” This story appears to make sense when we are young, but as we pass through life something changes.

As we mature, we look back upon all the things that were supposed to make us happy. Much of what we wanted in our youth was eventually experienced or accomplished. But just as soon as we get what we want, we find the next problem. When we eventually recognize this pattern, most people surrender to despair and grumpiness. The other alternative is to find out how to simply observe thoughts, not take them too seriously, and mostly ignore the stories of the mind.

Through daily meditation and a spiritual practice, you can awaken to the fact that the voice in the head isn’t really you; rather, the conditioning of the world. This is the recognition of reality an the undoing of ego.

All that which is real is beyond the mind and can be best described as unconditional love. When we align with unconditional love, the mind functions optimally and the suffering ends. Awakened, you live in alignment with reality rather than in a state of resisting it. The scattered thoughts no longer cause emotional reactions. Now the sane, creative, productive mind has humbled itself to the vast realm of consciousness.

Eckhart Tolle continues, “By ‘misuse’ I mean that people who have never even glimpsed the real of the sacred, the infinite vastness behind that word, use it with great conviction—as if they knew what they are talking about. Or they argue against it, as if they knew what it is that they are denying. This misuse gives rise to absurd beliefs, assertions, and egoic delusions such as ‘my’ or ‘our God’ is the only true God and ‘your God’ is false.”

Use of a misused word isn’t all that helpful. “Love” is another badly misused word and wonderful books have been written attempting to redefine it correctly. This has been the learning obstacle throughout history: people who don’t understand the essential truth behind a concept begin using and defining the word in a way that has nothing to do with the original meaning.

The truth is never found in a word or in a set of words arranged in some perfect order. Words are only symbols; sounds our vocal cords and mouths make. At best, words can point to the truth—but they never exactly are the truth. Therefore, it is helpful to explore multiple teachings and traditions which may point to the same truth while using different concepts.

Atheists like to mock believers by laughing at the concept of their “man in the sky”. Yet, those who know God would also laugh at this concept. That’s not what we are talking about. God is being, love, consciousness, freedom, the force of life, the Tao, source energy, truth, perfect knowing, power, oneness, and the unobservable, eternal nothingness that surrounds all material form within and without. There is only one God, though many words point to the same concept.

Through a practice of quieting the mind, remaining still and present, wanting only honesty and truth, and acting only in love, we can allow the source energy within to guide us. Whatever language is helpful to get us there makes no difference at all, but the most important thing we can do in life is to undo whatever is blocking us from knowing.

Have you ever hoped or prayed for something you so badly wanted, but at the same time you felt a little afraid about getting it? According to A Course in Miracles, fear is the reason that our hopes go unfulfilled and our prayers go unanswered.

How can we claim to so badly want something, yet at the same time fear it? If there is any fear associated with a wish, it cannot be wholly desired. To want something means to want it fully. That which is partially undesired is, in truth, not desired. A “yes” contains no “no”.

If there is any fear associated with an opportunity or accomplishment, then your “yes” contains a “no” and you aren’t ready for it. If there is any fear associated with a relationship, then your supposed certainty contains uncertainty and it is not something you want. If you claim to want your life to change, yet your commitment to change contains any resistance to change, then in truth you don’t want your life to change.

Is there anything you want so fully that there is no fear? If so, then my guess is that you already have it. Those are probably the dreams that have already been fulfilled and the prayers that have already been answered.

To manifest is to want fully and without any fear. If you want anything of real value this purely, then it is already yours. This is what is meant by abundance. Fear is lack. Furthermore, in the presence of love, fear does not even exist.

Yes, I could have given you a little bit of money, but I promise you that this letter is far more valuable. The path you are on is not your way. If you can humble yourself to this message, which you were destined to receive, your problems will be gone.

Lack of money is not your real problem. Lack of love is. What you may have never realized is that love is not something that you get from another person. Love is found inside you. It is felt inside when you forgive yourself and remember that you are not guilty of anything.

Deep down, I know that no matter what you’ve done in the past, right now you are good. On the level of the soul—within that mysterious realm of life itself—we are all perfect and innocent.

At this point you may be asking what this has to do with your need for money. To this, I will ask a few questions. Is there anyone in your life who you cut off for any reason? Have you unconditionally accepted all the people you have known? What would happen in your life if, right now, you went back to each of them with love in your heart and made it right?

What does it mean to make relationships right? It means forgiving, accepting, and offering your best to them. You haven’t offered your best because you have been drowning in fear and guilt. Panicking and not knowing your value, you have been desperately taking rather than giving. Receiving is impossible without giving.

But what is the source of real wealth and abundance? You are its source. Nothing is more valuable than your ability to create, to serve, to do something valuable for other people. The more you do this, the more money they give you in return. To give is to receive. It is a cycle of abundance which you have broken by an unwillingness to give.

What if, rather than asking strangers for money, you asked them only if there is anything you can do for them. Explain that you are having a hard time right now, but don’t want to beg. You want to earn it. How long do you think you would remain poor if you did only this and meant it?

Your life journey is no different from mine. This hellish world has been cruel to us and unfair. We have failed, suffered, and faced crisis. Was this to teach us that we are victims? No. Your suffering was only to teach you this lesson. If you had not reached this low, you would not have received this message of truth and healing.

I’ve made all the mistakes that you have. But I eventually learned that life is a simple choice we didn’t know we had. You can either choose a life of fear or love. If one is real for you, the other cannot simultaneously exist. Is the past and future real, or is this moment real? Are you not perfectly good and lovable in this moment? Choose this truth, fearlessly live your love, and if you keep going in this direction you will have no problems.

You, my friend, will fix everything when you find the love inside you. Love is all that is real, and it is eternal. Learn what perfect love is, let everything else go, and learn to extend this love. There are many spiritual teachings that reinforce this message. Seek them out. Study and practice them daily. This is your awakening, a sacrifice of only what you do not want.

Liberalism, Socialism, Communism, Fascism, Progressivism, Capitalism; none of these political ideologies contain a real solution. These are all ideas which, in practice, have always led to abuse by centralized authorities imposing tyranny on the people.

Each political ideology has its own story about the bad guy. On the left, the thinking goes that we are exploited by greedy corporations. Their solution, however, is to use an iron fist to control business, stifle the economy, and unfairly tax those who have benefited by creating value. The left generates so much bureaucracy and friction that people are unable to work and do business in freedom.

On the right, the thinking goes that the problem is big government and immorality. In truth, corporations and religious institutions have historically corrupted government and, together, they have imposed an only slightly different form of tyranny on the population.

No matter the political ideology, the problem is that we, the people, have always been forced into compliance—and we have never consented to any of it. Centralized institutions have abused the population for far too long; distracting us by making us think it is about ideology when, in fact, it has always been the same few bloodlines behind the scenes controlling the whole system of oppression and exploitation.

Tyranny is the darkness that occurs when we allow institutions to ignore the liberty inherent in every human life. Through reward and punishment, their agenda is brutally imposed upon the people without our consent.

Yet we, has divine beings, were born free as life, itself. We are the property of no nation or institution. It is self-evident that we are our own authority, so long as we respect the personal liberty of our brothers and sisters.

If there are those who have become rich and powerful through wrongdoing, let a legitimate government seize their wealth (not tax it) and distribute it to the population. Let the financial system be fair, technology be used for good. Let all the world unite under an anti-authoritarian value system. Let abundance flourish. Let sanity be restored. Let freedom reign.

The revolution happens, in each of our lives, the moment we take back our own divine liberty and claim our own authority over all external forms of tyranny. This is the Great Awakening and it is here.

Difficult moments and periods in your life are an opportunity to give space to the expansion and development of who you are.
A process that you go through at different moments in your life.
And that we are going through together in the Great Awakening right now.

Like a coat that has become too small.
Like an eggshell bursting to make room for growth.
Like a birth, through a channel that restricts, the deep primal force drives and stimulates new life.
On the movement of contraction, the divine life force pushes the soul towards the next cycle.
To a new life and a new phase.

Thus this force of energy pushes against the lid of the matrix that held back the consciousness of man.
The primal force of our consciousness is now too strong.
Pure creation power can be felt in the energy right now.
The light finds its way.
The dark loses its power.
The lid shifts and the contraction sets in.
The birth is about to begin.

The lid that kept humans trapped in a Mind structure of false illusions, thoughts and beliefs about themselves and the truth around them and a Physical structure of stressful work hours, contracts, debts and obligations and toxic habits.
That lid held in between a reservoir of accumulated negative, heavy emotions from generations of pain and fear.
Not only will the pain surface from your own life, but from family lines of unhealed junk that has been deliberately suppressed here and kept in the collective subconscious of the human magnetic field.
Fear and pain weaken humans and leave you living in a permanent state of survival and stress.
A norm that is socially accepted and causes confusion, dependence and illness.

Generations of emotionally traumatized people projected the same inability and thus the same pain and habits of neglect, suppression and rejection of one's emotions and thus of one's own soul.
Conditioned to carry and hide fear, guilt and shame.
For fear of not being accepted but cursed and banned to end up alone somewhere, they walked chained in step as prisoner citizens.
If you don't learn to listen to yourself.
If you don't learn to be.
Who are you then?
Who do you listen to then?
Who then tells you what is good and where to go?

Lost and directionless, man followed the leaders of the world in religion, politics and royal government.
Disconnected from the connection with the soul, connection and lifeline with Spirit, the life force of love; God.
The connection with the great Self, the true self through the spiritual and physical umbilical cord.
When both are cut, man is at the mercy of an existence from only his little ego self.
A vulnerable and insecure linear creature that is missing half of its human design:
Its emotional and spiritual core.

The birth of strong old souls with a connection to Spirit that was so strong that no outside influence could break its connection now causes the lid to shift.

Consciousness is so strong and so widely supported now that the collective collectively provides the counterforce that breaks the power.

Reality tilts
The evolution starts:
From dark to light.
From unconscious to conscious.
From ego to Spirit.
From me alone to us together.
From unconscious and incompetent human beings to being conscious and competent human beings and souls.
From dependent to autonomous
From weak and sick to strong and healthy
From directionless to evolution and meaning
From matrix to heaven
From prison to freedom.

The birth has started.
The contractions begin.

A period of unrest in your life that you have to go through alone, but which we go through together and which connects us in our humanity and as an old soul in our consciousness.
All the time
You are not alone and at the same time you experience only that which presents itself in your reality and consciousness.
You are a sum of your family DNA from the mental and physical patterns you inherited through your mother's umbilical cord and your spiritual DNA from the soul patterns you inherited through Spirit's umbilical cord.
You are complete.

And through those two lines you experience the life force, the God as it only flows through you and can be experienced by you.
Surrender to it.

Support yourself in the difficult labor to come by understanding the in-breath and out-breath of soul work.

On the inhale you experience whatever arises; give it space, feel it fully, notice emotions, judgments and resistance and let them all go.
Relax on the exhale, release and remember your greater vision, the light at the end of the tunnel.
The light of new life, a new phase, a new existence.

In this process, look for a form of expression that soothes you in feeling, experiencing, processing and letting go of everything that presents itself.
Clean yourself inside and out.
Make way for new life.
Surrender to the contraction.
Feel how the energy supports, awakens and forces you to occupy yourself with just this.
A birth does not take time or agenda into account.
Life happens.
God is.
You are.
Surrender.

So when the waves of frustration, sadness and powerlessness wash through you, surrender yourself completely; let the wave run its course, become a loving container for it; trust it will pass.

While you empty yourself by feeling, crying, writing, maybe drawing, painting, dancing or singing, it slowly becomes quiet inside and peace, gratitude and connection return by itself.

This simple practice of being here now, fully embracing what it means to be human and soul, sometimes costs all we have.
However, the reward is satisfying.
Lighter, higher, more consciously, your person and soul will continue to grow to where you are taken.

That's evolution
A new beginning

Doesn’t everyone want to be free of pain? If so, why do we make choices that hurt us? We avoid being close to others. We make ourselves sick through poor diet and other bad habits. We beat up on ourselves and others. Why?

This is not a rhetorical question. There is a clear answer: guilt. We suffer when we believe we are guilty and have not learned to exchange guilt for innocence.

When people believe in their own guilt, you can see it in their eyes. They feel unworthy of love, freedom, health, and abundance. Believing that they have nothing good to offer, they withdraw and attack others to break relationships and create more separation.

Those who believe they are guilty also behave in ways that cause themselves to be attacked. Most people believe that attack can teach a lesson and can correct behavior. Imagine how misguided it is to attack the guilty, when teaching the exchange of guilt for innocence is what heals.

I know that every brother and sister is inherently good. Our love, our goodness, our light is the only thing real about any of us. As the force of life, itself, we are not only equal we are one. It is only our belief in guilt that drives all the thoughts, perceptions, and behaviors that ultimately cause pain and cloud our goodness.

The truth about you, about everyone, is the truth of perfect innocence. Forgive all guilt by simply recognizing it is as unreal. It is not what we are and nothing we need to carry. Whatever errors have been made, we can effortlessly correct them in the embrace of our innocent, good selves. Whatever we’ve done, whatever we want, whatever we need, we can correct it and obtain it by applying the thought system of unconditional love, total honesty, and freedom. This is the exchange of guilt for innocence, the end of pain, the beginning of ongoing joy.
