So much goes on in our heads, but nothing real can be experienced in thought.
Notice how everything real, beautiful, and enjoyable happens during the gaps between thoughts. We come alive when the analysis, the naming, and the judging of good and bad stops. This seeing with true vision is available to everyone through the perspective of consciousness or "I am". Focused attention with a still mind.
The thoughts, analysis, and stories of the mind are useful at times. The mind is a useful tool, but life is experienced when attention is shifted away from thought. This is learned through spiritually-alive teachings and through meditation. We continue tomorrow and each day after that.
