The mind is always labeling and judging. Enjoyment is when we stop taking this seriously.
Letting things be requires practice. We meditate. We practice present-moment awareness. We choose to align ourselves with the energy and thought system of love. We remain open.
The mind still continues vying for attention. The thoughts never totally stop. But now you are aligned with being and the mind doesn’t have as much power over you.
This is how everything alive comes into your awareness, while everything deadening leaves it. This is awakening. We continue tomorrow and each day after that.
